Jacques Chlopczyk is a social psychologist, systemic consultant and coach. He supports organizations, teams and communities in complex change processes and specializes in participatory and co-creative methods. He is a co-founder of the initiatives klima-dialoge.org, zeichenwende.org, the interdisciplinary network "Beyond Storytelling” and a board member of 2030planb.de. He has been teaching in his main areas of work at universities and institutes in Germany and abroad for more than 10 years and publishes regularly in the form of short blogs, audio formats, articles and books.
Stephanie Bachmair is the founder of B.ONFIRE. She is also a process work diplomate and executive coach/facilitator. Stephanie is working in the organizational field with a focus on transformational leadership.
